Print Marketing: Just Listed postcards with photo of your home will be mailed to members of our data base of homeowners who may know of someone else looking to move into the area or who may be interested to purchase your home.

Immediate Realtor Exposure: With your permission, your home will be listed in the local MLS system, enabling the nearly 500 realtors in this San Angelo area to have extensive information of your home for sale to present to their buyers.

Internet Marketing Activity:  Your home will not only be added into the local MLS system and JWRealEstate.com, it will also be listed for sale in Lands of Texas, Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com. From the MLS System, your home will be listed on every local Realtor website. Social Media will be used with your permission..

Other Things We Will Do:

Paperwork Preparation:  Selling a home requires documents to comply legally with title companies.  We will have all agreements, disclosures, amendments, and advise you of documents you will be asked for in preparation for a closing.

Documentation:  Along with Listing Information, we will make all documentation pertinent to your listing available to other Realtors enabling them to inform their buyers of the benefits of your home.

Schedule Viewings: Showing appointments will be scheduled around you, allowing you opportunity to be prepared for your home to be viewed by a buyer.  

Connect Potential Buyers with Lenders:  We will assist any potential buyer with the qualification process for financing for you to be able to make good decisions when receiving their offer of contract.  

Negotiations:  We will advise you on options that will affect the negotiations, provide you with a Net Proceeds Calculation to assist you in making decisions, and give you any support, data, and information available to help with your decision. We will advise you on final terms and conditions.

Sell:  Once your home is under contract, we will prepare a post-contract work list and advise on repairs and vendor services.

Pre-close Preparation:  We will coordinate and supervise document preparation and provide preclosing consulting.

Closing:  We will review all closing documents as they are delivered, resolve last-minute items, and attend the closing transaction.

Post-Closing:  We will assist to coordinate the move and with post-closing issues.
